FROM STUCK TO FLOW
We live in a VUCA World of constant change, volatility, uncertainty, complexity and ambiguity. Knowledge doubles every couple of years, customers become still more experienced & demanding and their needs more specific, target groups ever more fragmented and digitalization forces business models to change at fast pace. New working environments emerge, new and more tasks have to be coped with less people and in quicker times.
The main challenge is not only managing change as individuals, teams and organizations, but actively driving change by listening to the future and searching for new and unconventual solutions.
MANAGE STRESS, DRIVE CHANGE AND ACT WITH HEAD, HEART & HAND
Change is often perceived as stressful by the ones involved, expecially when we are STUCK in the old, that is not serving us any more and the new has not yet clearly emerged. In times of change, it can be helpful to step back and decelerate in order to manage stress, increase resilience and gain energy, confidence and a calm & clear mind for the next steps.
Bringing ourselves consciously in a more relaxed state, we can listen more openly to the future as it emerges and to our emotions as a fast track information system. We will achieve FLOW and sustainable solutions by not only engaging our rational mind, but as well our emotional and somatic intelligence and thereby integrate head, heart and hand.
In order to help moving from stuck to flow, ConExTour offers coaching, mediation, training, workshops & systemic/agile development for more resilience at work, virtual relating/virtual leadership and mindful agile change, with a focus, but not only in the area of tourism &hospitality.
